Way of the Hunter 2
Way of the Hunter 2 editions and Season Pass checks
Standard contains the base game. Deluxe adds the Season One Season Pass, with eight DLCs planned across the first year. The Heirloom Pack is separate from the pass, and owning a pass does not mean every planned DLC is already released.
Choose the edition by what you want to own
Choose Standard for the base game; consider Deluxe if you also want the Season One Season Pass. The pass is also offered separately. The FAQ describes eight DLCs planned for the first year after launch, with their release order still being finalized, rather than eight expansions all immediately accessible.
The official footer gives suggested retail prices of €39.99 / $39.99 / £34.99 for Standard and €59.99 / $59.99 / £49.99 for Deluxe. These are SRPs, not a live checkout quote. The FAQ also retains older Early Access and preorder passages; do not treat their €34.99 PC price or preorder benefits as a current purchase offer.
Keep the Heirloom Pack and loyalty rewards separate
The Heirloom Pack contains an engraved .243 Win rifle, matching scope, a modern .270 Win rifle and a bronze elk statue. The FAQ assigns it to PC Early Access purchases and console preorders. It is not included in the Season Pass, so the elk statue is not a reliable pass-activation check.
The official loyalty information says owners of the original base game receive the Night Hunting Pack for free on the supported platforms. The current issues-page footer ties the loyalty discount to digital ownership on the same platform. PC, PlayStation and Xbox purchases are separate: owning one edition on one platform does not transfer the game or its bonuses to another.
Redeem a code, then check the platform library
If you purchased a code, redeem it first: on Steam, use Games → Activate a Product on Steam; on PlayStation Store, use the profile’s Redeem Codes option; on Xbox, find Redeem a code in Microsoft Store. Direct purchases through the platform store skip this redemption step.
Then inspect ownership outside the game. Steam: Library → Way of the Hunter 2 → Properties → DLC, checking the pass entry and checkbox. PlayStation: find the game in your library and open Add-ons or DLC. Xbox: My Games and Apps → the game’s Menu button → Manage game and add-ons. This separates a missing entitlement from content that has not released yet.

Use the right in-game confirmation and support route
The FAQ’s in-game confirmation is a deer statue in New Laurentia, dog and ibex statues in Hearth & Hunt Headquarters, and a kudu statue in Kilimaya Reserve. It identifies these as the visible Season Pass content at the time of the article. The bronze elk belongs to the separate Heirloom Pack.
If the pass is missing after redemption and library checks, fully restart the game and confirm it is updated. Contact the selling platform first for purchase problems. If that does not resolve it, use the developer’s bug-reporting route with platform, digital or physical purchase type, receipt if available and steps already tried. Do not repurchase merely because a future DLC has not appeared.
