End of Abyss Cel outfit in Fortnite: eligibility and account checks
An eligible End of Abyss purchase on Epic grants the Cel outfit. Buying the game on another storefront is not the eligibility condition in this offer.
Which purchase qualifies?
The official Epic FAQ covers pre-purchases and purchases of End of Abyss through Epic Games Store. It dates outfit availability to October 1, 2026 at 8pm ET and also says the outfit can be purchased separately in the Fortnite Shop from that time.
Check the storefront named on your receipt before buying anything again. A free demo is not a purchase of the base game, and the FAQ does not extend this game-purchase offer to purchases from PlayStation or Xbox stores. It gives no requirement to finish the campaign or earn an achievement.
Getting the outfit on console
Epic says the outfit can appear in the Fortnite Locker on other platforms when the console account is connected to the Epic account. PC and mobile users should be signed in to the Epic account associated with the qualifying purchase.
If the reward is absent, compare the purchasing Epic account with the one linked to your Fortnite console profile. This is a practical account check, not evidence that every missing reward is a linking problem. Do not unlink an established console account just to experiment; use the official account settings or support for an unresolved mismatch.

Already bought Cel separately?
The FAQ describes a one-time 1,500 V-Bucks grant when a player already purchased the Cel outfit and then makes an eligible End of Abyss purchase on Epic. The previous outfit purchase must fall within the stated 12-month condition.
This is not an unconditional extra 1,500 V-Bucks for everyone who buys the game. Keep the purchase order and dates clear when asking support to check eligibility. The FAQ does not establish that owning Cel through any other route satisfies this previous-purchase condition.

Refunds and the offer window
Refunding the Epic purchase removes the Cel outfit or the purchase-linked 1,500 V-Bucks grant, according to the FAQ. Do not treat the reward as a separate item that is guaranteed to remain after returning the game.
Epic states that the offer remains available for as long as End of Abyss is sold in Epic Games Store. That is the published condition, not a guarantee that commercial terms can never change. Keep the receipt and recheck the linked official FAQ when resolving a later purchase or refund question.
