End of Abyss

What this checklist covers
The requirements below come from Epic’s official achievement page. Names stay in English so you can match the cited listing; the explanations are localized. The checklist tracks only your manual selections on this page and resets when you reload. It does not read your game save or Epic account.
Epic XP rewards and PlayStation trophy grades are different systems. A similar achievement name is not enough to claim that all platform requirements, hidden goals or missable conditions are identical. The official listing does not establish a time-to-Platinum or a minimum playthrough count.

Keep four Logbook collections separate
Completionist requires the Logbook categories Creatures, Notes, Data Shards and Codes. The public list also gives each of those collections a separate goal: Zoologist, Archivist, Shard Collector and Cryptographer. Clearing one category does not mean the full Logbook is complete.
Master Explorer instead asks you to visit every room. Dungeon Crawler asks for all vaults, while Shuttle Network Restored asks for all shuttle stations. Treat these as separate completion tracks rather than assuming a full map automatically completes every collection.

Use upgrades to plan return visits
The store description says new tools and the Scanner open paths that were previously inaccessible. Our suggested workflow is to note a blocked passage, continue until you obtain a relevant tool, then check the passage again. Keep that exploration note separate from an achievement you have actually completed.
Second Sight concerns a Scanner upgrade. Power Up requires one fully upgraded weapon; Super Power requires all weapons fully upgraded. Fully Suited Up is the separate maximum Suit Power goal. This is a way to organize progress, not a verified purchase order or a claim that any upgrade is permanently missable.
Read combat conditions literally
Triple-Kill requires three enemies with one grenade. Focused requires multiple enemies with a single Security Rifle shot. Completing one does not satisfy the other’s stated weapon condition. Crate Destruction is the separate target of 50 broken crates.
The checklist records those public conditions without inventing an encounter location or a farming route. If a goal fails to unlock, compare your action with the exact official requirement before concluding that the game is bugged.
